American Municipal Power, Inc. (AMP) is pleased to announce that six AMP employees have been recognized by Public Utilities Fortnightly on their 2022 Under Forties list as utility industry rising stars. Each year, Public Utilities Fortnightly recognizes rising stars in the utilities industry. This year, the magazine honored 80 people from 29 utilities, utility regulatory commissions and other industry organizations.

The City of Hamilton and the Hamilton Department of Infrastructure, an Ohio public power utility serving about 29,400 customers and an American Municipal Power, Inc. (AMP) Board of Trustees member, received the American Public Power Association’s (APPA) E.F. Scattergood System Achievement Award. The City of Hamilton was presented with the prestigious award on June 14 during the APPA National Conference in Nashville.
