Tracy Reimbold
Vice President of Human Resources & Chief People Officer
Tracy Reimbold joined AMP in 2016 and currently serves as vice president of human resources and chief people officer. She previously served as assistant vice president of business operations. Prior to joining AMP, Reimbold served as finance director for the member community of Newton Falls, representing the city on the AMP Board of Trustees.
Reimbold provides oversight related to AMP’s primary asset — its workforce. She leads the efforts in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, compensation and benefits, along with building maintenance and fleet operations.
In 2021, Reimbold was named as one of the recipients of Columbus Business First's inaugural HR Impact Awards. In 2010, she received the American Public Power Association’s Robert Roundtree Rising Star Award. Reimbold holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas.
