The Deshler Second Source Reinforcement Project involves the expansion of the 69/12-kilovolt (kV) Bremer Substation Bremer Substation in Deshler and the addition of a new 69-kV transmission line (approximately 12 miles) between the Bremer Substation and the new First Energy/ATSI Sand Ridge Substation in Weston, Ohio.

AMPT invited the community to learn more about the Project and share input in the ways listed below:
- AMPT held an in-person Open House from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2024, at the American Legion located at 505 South Stearns Avenue in Deshler.
- The community was able to view detailed maps and talk with team members about the proposed study segments and Project.
- The community was also invited to provide their contact information and public comments regarding the proposed study segments via email to AMPT at [email protected].
