AMP Transmission (AMPT) is constructing the Tipp City Second Source Reinforcement Project to enhance reliability for the customers in the City of Tipp City and surrounding areas.

Project Details

AMPT plans to construct a new 69-kilovolt (kV) transmission line to connect the Tipp City Substation #4 (Kessler) to the AES Ohio owned Tipp City Substation. Once complete, the project will provide an additional interconnection to the 69-kV electrical grid for the City of Tipp City and enhance electric system reliability for customers in the region.
